Facilities Alina Grande Hotel & Resort
Boat Trips
The beautiful and unspoiled islands around Koh Chang offer
excellent opportunities for boating, as well as both diving and
snorkelling. There are both half day and full day trips
available. All equipment is included, as well as lunch and
transportation to and from the boat.
Elephant Riding
"Chang" means "Elephant" in the Thai language -- so
what better place to experience these magnificent animals than
Koh Chang? Take an elephant ride through the jungle from one of
their island camps, and learn more about these intelligent and
noble creatures.
Trekking
The development on Koh Chang is confined to the
villages and coastal road, so there is plenty of unspoiled
wilderness to explore. The jungle is home to numerous varieties
of monkey, barking dear, wild boars and monitor lizards, as well
as birds such as great hornbills, eagles and many more. Many
streams run through the rainforest, and waterfalls abound. Our
knowledgeable staff can recommend a variety of guided treks,
tailored to your particular interests, and ranging from easy
walks to the more challenging mountain treks for the
experienced hiker.

run hourly or more often during the peak season.
